Before the term Internet of Things was introduced in 1999, Teltonika had already been exploring the possibilities of M2M communication. Since then, we have believed that IoT technologies are our future. FROM SMALL BEGINNINGS TO AMBITIOUS GROWTH
IoT solutions developed by the Teltonika company group have been successfully helping people for more than 25 years now. However, not many know that Teltonika started from a small dormitory room. There, a talented and entrepreneurial electronics design graduate, who would later become the founder of Teltonika, was soldering the first phones with a caller number display.

MOTIVATING YOUNG TALENTS
Teltonika collaborates with universities, colleges, and schools on various projects. Our IoT and B2B academies organise free IT, engineering, and sales training and practical courses for students and employees. From 2021 to 2024, Teltonika ran the largest privately initiated scholarship programme in Lithuania. About 250 first-year students have received our scholarships worth around €750 000.

REDUCING ENVIRONMENTAL FOOTPRINT
Teltonika has implemented the environmental protection management system and complies with the ISO14001 environmental protection standard. All our products are made using only renewable electricity and packaged in recycled cardboard. Currently, Teltonika recycles 90% of the generated waste. Our objective is to reduce our footprint to 0 g of CO2 equivalent per product.

DONATING TO CHARITABLE CAUSES
Helping people is the eternal value of Teltonika. With the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak, we rushed to provide financial aid to the municipalities of Vilkaviškis, Prienai, and Molėtai so they could purchase the necessary protective equipment. As we care not only for the physical health of people but also for their spiritual well-being, we made a donation towards the reconstruction of churches in Balbieriškis and Alvitas. Every year, we donate a million euros to different social causes.

Teltonika IoT Group unites Lithuanian high-tech companies operating under the brand name of Teltonika, each focusing on a different business niche.
Teltonika is a Lithuanian company group that designs, develops, and manufactures Internet of Things devices. We operate in vehicle tracking, network connectivity, telemedicine, and EV charging business niches and provide electronics design, manufacturing, and assembly services. We sell and export our devices all over the world with the help of local offices on every continent.
Teltonika operates in a B2B segment and works only with business clients interested in implementing our solutions in their projects.
The Teltonika company group is comprised of the holding company Teltonika IoT Group and its subsidiaries: Teltonika Telematics, Teltonika Networks, Teltonika EMS, Teltonika Telemedic, and Teltonika Energy. Every subsidiary company focuses on a particular business niche and serves clients from that niche.
All products of Teltonika are designed and developed by our engineering specialists in Lithuania and then produced in two modern manufacturing facilities – in Vilnius and Molėtai. Idea generation, component supplier research, design, engineering, manufacturing, assembly, and quality control – the whole development process is in the hands of the Teltonika company group. It allows us to offer affordable, reliable, and high-quality devices to our clients worldwide.
The Teltonika company group is a family business owned mainly by Arvydas Paukštys. The president of the Teltonika company group is Marius Derenčius.
Teltonika aims to continue developing the IoT ecosystem industry and embark on new projects in the spheres of 6G technologies, semiconductors, artificial intelligence, and renewable energy spheres.
